That religion, or the duty which we owe to our Creator, and the manner of discharging it, can be directed only by reason and conviction, not by force or violence; and therefore all men are equally entitled to the free exercise of religion, according to the dictates of conscience; and that it is the mutual duty of all to practice Christian forbearance, love, and charity toward each other. Our values consist of the following:

A. COMMUNITY: We desire to create a sense of community: that we all belong and matter to one another. We are independent from government and commercial corporate control. We are non-commercial. We are a forum for the varied viewpoints of our members and the broader community within a Christian/conservative culture.

B. LOCAL FOCUS: We serve our community. We emphasize local affairs, events and people and make a special effort to include people and views typically lacking in the mainstream media.

C. INTEGRITY: We value honesty in broadcasting as well as in all other aspects of the Corporation.

D. EXCELLENCE: We strive for excellence in our programming, in our technical product and within our organization.

E. OPEN COMMUNICATION AND DECISION MAKING: We communicate and make decisions based on clear, open processes, the representation of all members, and consensus building. We go out of our way to welcome participation. Elections of members to serve as representatives of the people, ought to be free, and that all men, having sufficient evidence of permanent common interest with, and attachment to, the community or station, have the right of suffrage for their respective representatives (Subscribing Members, Participating Members and Staff Members).

F. EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT: Our programming is a source of information providing logical, factual and consistent concepts in the application of Christian ethics. Our mixed format is creative, culturally engaging and enjoyable.
